Closest Airport: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) – just 7 miles (approx. 15–20 minutes) from the Convention Center.
Transport Options from CLT to the Convention Center:
Taxi/Rideshare: Taxis and Uber/Lyft are readily available at the airport. The journey to the venue takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
Light Rail (LYNX Blue Line): From the airport, take the CATS Airport Sprinter Bus (Route 5) to the Charlotte Transportation Center. Transfer to the LYNX Blue Line heading toward I-485/South Boulevard. Exit at 3rd St/Convention Center Station, which connects directly to the venue.
Bus: Use CATS bus services. Route 5 (Airport Sprinter) goes downtown. From there, it’s a short walk or light rail ride.
Car Rental: Available at CLT for those who would prefer a car!
